DAY 1 - Airport – Negombo

Arrival – you will be met by our representatives and transferred to your hotel. Since most of the flights arrive late into the evening no activity planned for the day so just relax and get comfortable.

DAY 2 - Negombo – Anuradhapura – Sigiriya

After breakfast at the hotel, leave for Anuradhapura to commence a city tour of the first city of the country. First ever city In Sri Lanka, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Loved by historians, scholars, and archaeologists for its paramount role in the history of Sri Lanka. Loved and cherished by travel enthusiasts and explorers around the world for the tales that Unfold. You will see the oldest historically authenticated tree in the world or the Dagobas dating back to the 2nd Century B.C. Transfer to hotel in the afternoon.

DAY 3 - Sigiriya – Pollonnaruwa – Sigiriya

Let’s have an early breakfast today and climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress in the morning to avoid the heat of the day. “The Lions Rock”, a UNESCO world heritage site built over 1600 years ago. Be mesmerized by the beautiful frescos and catch a glimpse of an era of beauty. You can choose the 1200 step climb up to the rock fortress or just go half way up to the “Lions Paw”. If you’re not up to it take astroll around the gardens at the base and cherish the scenery. Thereafter we go to Pollonnaruwa to commence a city tour. Visit the 2nd oldest city in Sri Lanka, another UNESCO World Heritage Site Be dazzled by this eminent kingdom and it’s architectural brilliance thatthe time failed to wipe away. Transfer to hotel in the evening.

DAY 4 - Sigiriya – Dambulla – Kandy

After Breakfast let’s head out to Dambulla A UNESCO World Heritage Site; see thousands of murals covering over 2100 square feet in 5 caves dating back to the 2nd Century. A must do to satisfy the explorer you are. Then we head to Kandy Temple of the Sacred tooth relic – the most important site for tourists both local and international. Located in the magical hills and honored by pleasant weather; this will leave you in awe!

Visit to Spice garden on the way to Kandy

DAY 5 - Kandy

After breakfast, visit Gem museum. Thereafter proceed to Royal botanical garden. Evening Cultural Show –  A show that’s packed with entertainment and a bit of laughter. You’d see skilled drummers beating their traditional drums where beautiful Sri Lankan women dressed in traditional attire do their goddess like act to leave you spellbound. Transfer to hotel

Transfer back to hotel in Kandy

DAY 6 - Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast head onto Nuwara Eliya. Dubbed the little England, this enchanting hilly side of the country is carpeted with lush tea estates for picture perfect views. Best way to get there is through a train ride, which is nothing less than spectacular. Visit a Tea factory and see why Ceylon Tea is so fascinating. Transfer to Hotel

Visit to Mackwoods tea plantation and factory

DAY 7 - Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast, Take a city tour and visit the local market to test your bargaining skills.

DAY 8 – Nuwaraeliya – Ella - Yala

After breakfast, we head onto probably the most scenic train ride you’ve ever been on. Train ride from Nanu Oya – Ella. A ride in the scenic carriage gives you an unparalleled view and penetrating glimpse both scenic beauty and culture of the hill country as you travel along. Ella Gap is a gorgeous little town in the Sri Lankan tea country; with acres of luscious green hills that gets covered by the morning and evening mist. Perfect views and a great place for photography. Proceedto Yala and transfer to hotel

DAY 9 – Yala and Udawalawe

After breakfast Udawalawe Elephant orphanage

Transfer to hotel in Tissamaharama

DAY 10 - Yala – Galle

After breakfast let’s get on a Safari Jeep and see some leopards. Yala is famous for its big herds and large number of Elephants, Leopards, Spotted Deer, Sambhur, Crocodiles, Mongoose, Wild Boar, Wild Buffalo, and many other animals. More than 130 bird species are recorded which includes the resident and winter visitors. Proceed to Hotel

DAY 11 – Galle - Bentota

After breakfast Proceed to Galle and en-route visit the Stilt Fishermen. Local fishermen going about their daily routines. In chest-deep water just few meters off-shore, you will find the stilt fishermen, perched on a cross bar off a single pole planted into the sea-bed. This is a common Method of fishing amongst the locals in the southern part of Sri Lanka. commence a city tour in Galle The capital of the South of Sri Lanka, renowned for its massive Portuguese and Dutch Fort and the museums and café’s around it. En-route visit Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery: a turtle conservation project that has released more than 1.7Million young turtles in to the sea. Hold, play or even release a turtle into the sea.

Transfer to hotel in Bentota

DAY 12 - Bentota

Today do as much or as little as you please a day in complete leisure. Bentota is a very famous tourist area with vibrant people and an electrifying night life along with adventurous water sports or even golden sandy beaches for a beautiful stroll.

DAY 13 - Bentota – Colombo

After breakfast heading to Colombo and a short ride of sea train and transferred to the hotel.

DAY 14 - Colombo – Airport

Every good thing comes to an end and this is where we say goodbye to you. Transfer back to the airport for your flight back to Australia
